This year’s auction is sure to be one of the events of the Spring! Dust off your masquerade gear and start sharpening your animal instincts as April’s auction theme is Mardi Gras and we are doing it at the SF Zoo! It should be a memorable night and a sure bet on a rollicking good time for friends, relatives and anyone in the community (or outside of it) who needs an SF party to celebrate one of our very best causes: the Sunset kids.
Standard: $30 – Buffet ($35 at the door)
Deluxe: $45 – Buffet & Bottomless Hurricane Glass ($50 at the door)
Premium: $60 – Buffet, Bottomless Hurricane Glass, Festive Mardi Gras Mask and Tarot Card Reading! ($65 at the door)
Donations, creations, contributions... we would love it if you could contribute an auction item or service this year as we get ready to build our new building soon! (Yes, soon!... Really!) Here is a donor request letter and donor form with our tax payer ID:
Remember, Sunset is a nonprofit organization so any donation is tax deductible. These forms can be printed, filled in by you or the business or individual you solicit, and returned to Tanya Lewis, Auction Co-Chair. All auction forms/items are due to me by March 26 unless you contact me for other arrangements (see my contact info below). Also on the form are areas to purchase standard tickets, raffle tickets, make cash donations, reserve ad space in our auction program (color ads due by March 5, black and white ads due by March 26). You can also sponsor part of the event like our bottomless Hurricane glass, our tarot card readers, the Heads and Tails game, the dessert table, the kids art table, whatever moves you!
